This role is accountable for financial management, payroll and benefits, scheduling and workforce administration, and other key administrative processes, with a strong focus on compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
3-5 years of experience in business or office operations
2-3 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience
Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, scheduling, AR/AP
Experience in a unionized environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Working knowledge of Workday and PointClickCare (preferred)
