Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years progressive accounting experience
Advanced or Bachelor's degree in finance
U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance knowledge
SAP or equivalent ERP system proficiency
Experience leading a finance team of 4 members
Nice-to-have
Hyperion software experience
Strong data security and stewardship skills
Ability to challenge the status quo
Excellent verbal and written communication
Less than 25% travel requirement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years experience OR Advanced Degree plus 6 years
