Business Data Analysts will understand customer behavior based on various operational and digital data, and support customer experience improvement, digital performance enhancement, and data-based decision-making through data analysis.
The role involves building and operating an analysis environment linking operational and digital data, defining customer segments, predicting customer behavior, and developing/operating analysis models for customer experience improvement.
