Job Summary

• Drives adherence to contractual milestones by continuously monitoring project progress, including identified risks and opportunities from project kick-off onward.
• Represents the customer voice internally, acting as key customer contact and escalation point, and building strong, trust-based stakeholder relationships.
• Monitors project financials in close collaboration with the project controller, maintains documentation accuracy, and drives the capture and sharing of lessons learned.
