Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development, state event coordination, and volunteer training.
Develop new, and nurture existing partnerships with research faculty and extension personnel to disseminate and develop 4-H project materials to youth in Arkansas.
