Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Manual testing
  • 3+ hands-on experience with NetSuite, SCALE, OMS, Manhattan Systems and Salesforce
  • Experience with retail testing
  • Experience testing through the development cycle and pre-release in an Agile framework
  • Experience conducting and documenting RCA, Defect management and testing processes
  • Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases
  • Solid knowledge on tools like Jira, Zephyr & Confluence
  • 5+ years of experience in retail testing, ERP, OMS, and CRM systems
