Job Summary

• JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, leading day-to-day project management activities for interior fit outs, renovations, AV improvements, and FM/Engineering repairs/upgrades.
• The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, developing scope, schedule, and budget, identifying risks, creating and tracking RFPs, and interacting with contractors and vendors.

• Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in construction management or real estate preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications
• Ability to prepare and track budgets, schedules, and project risk
• Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, renovation
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts a plus
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be adaptable and agile to client changes
