Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in construction management or real estate preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets, schedules, and project risk
  • Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, renovation
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts a plus
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be adaptable and agile to client changes
  • Travel estimated at 10 - 20%
