Proven leadership of urban utility accounts
Deep technical grounding in wastewater treatment
Experience with multi-year IDIQ/task-order pursuits
Familiarity with New York public procurement context

Established Western New York stakeholder network
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience with digital delivery workflows
Background in wet weather/CSO and PFAS treatment
Ability to work independently leading multidisciplinary teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
PE license in NY strongly preferred
Local to Buffalo with strong in-office presence
