Job Summary

  • Responsible for full Life Cycle Management of all Testers & Calibration systems, including End‑of‑Life (EOL) processes, upgrades, improvements, and ongoing optimization.
  • Leads POD (Proof of Design) activities for hardware, software, and process updates, and develops production support systems, testers, jigs, tools, and documentation.
  • Provides technical support for production issues and drives innovative CIP (Cost Improvement Projects) to improve yields, product quality, process efficiency, data management, and overall cost effectiveness.
