Supervises, integrates and manages individual care plans, records progress and initiates periodic reviews.
Assists with Staff Hiring and Training- Trains and in services direct care staff on new and changing programs to ensure correct and timely implementation.

Key Requirements
four-year degree in a human service field and two years of experience
four-year degree in other fields with four years of experience
hold a license in a human service profession
Master’s degree in a Human Service field preferred
One year of full-time Post-bachelor’s degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience
