The Head Coach is responsible for all program operations including recruitment and retention, player development (athletic, academic and personal), and practice and competition planning and implementation.
This part-time position requires strict adherence to The Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC), United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), and NCAA Division III rules.
Hours vary between competition season and recruiting season, expected between 15 to 30 hours per week.
