Job Summary
Develop, implement, and coordinate QA and assessment programs to enhance resident care.
Monitor trends, prepare quality reports, and develop processes to assess systems of care including clinical care, quality of life, and resident choice.
Oversee the Facility Infection control program and participate in correction of State and Federal survey deficiency corrections.
