• The Professional and Continuing Education Subject Matter Expert designs and delivers non-credit educational content focused on professional development, personal enrichment, or skill-building.
• Responsibilities may include designing, developing, and building course content as assigned, facilitating synchronous (live online) or asynchronous (self-paced or fixed date) sessions, preparing instructional materials, and providing timely student support and feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met.
• The Subject Matter Expert also maintains course records and is required to complete all required training.
