As BDO Australia’s Asset & Configuration Lead, you will own and uplift our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management practices, ensuring the ServiceNow CMDB is accurate, trusted and relationship‑mapped.
You will join BDO’s IT Services function as part of the Service Management Office (SMO), collaborating with various teams to uplift service management maturity.
