  • You will be responsible for managing the overall service delivery of this Digital Product, focusing on the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements (in time, quality and costs) while actively contributing to continuous improvements.
  • Responsibilities include defining and negotiating SLAs, managing insourced and outsourced delivery teams, and ensuring the delivery and quality of Identity & Access Management activities for the UK perimeter.
