As a Senior Product Manager in the Young Adults squad, you will own the end‑to‑end experience for the Young Adult customer segment across multiple everyday banking products.
You will lead end-to-end initiatives, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and regulatory obligations, while partnering with engineering, design, risk, legal, compliance and operations, using data, customer insight and agile practices to deliver accountable outcomes consistently.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires comfort navigating ambiguity, defining priorities and shaping problem spaces as much as delivering solutions.
