Deliver outstanding and professional service, remotely or on-site, in key categories, e.g. planned maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades and retrofits, end-of-life services and replacements.
We are looking for an IT generalist with a broad view and open mindset in hardware and software applications with the focus on an industrial environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshoot software bugs and logic failures
Remote and on-site service delivery
Commissioning and testing activities
Windows and/or Linux debugging
Advanced object-oriented language (C#.Net preferred)
Network and server configuration
Nice-to-have
Customer-oriented and needs assessment
Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
Cope with pressure and tight deadlines
German language proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree or 2+ years experience
Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server databases
Knowledge of virtualization techniques (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker)
