Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active U.S. state bar membership
10+ years post-qualification legal experience
Substantial cryptocurrency and digital assets law expertise
Experience with token classification and securities law
Deal-level exposure to institutional trading and prime brokerage
Proven track record building and managing legal teams
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of multiple international regulatory regimes
Experience closing cross-border agreements under time pressure
Prior experience designing scalable legal processes and playbooks
Ability to advise at the C-suite level with gravitas
Key Requirements
Active membership with a U.S. state bar
10+ years of post-qualification legal experience
Demonstrated experience in high-velocity growth environments
