As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key interface between HR and the business units, advising managers and employees on all HR-related matters and actively contributing to the design and implementation of our HR strategies.
Your responsibilities include the professional support, design, and management of individual and collective operational HR topics in close cooperation with the managers of the supported area, as well as independently handling operational HR tasks in daily business.
