Job Summary

  • Provide restorative education, support, and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks, coordinate programs like Bed Entrapment Prevention, and participate in quality management initiatives.
  • Respond to resident/family concerns, manage changes in resident condition, and assist in coordinating infection prevention, health and safety programs.
