Job Summary
Provide restorative education, support, and assistance to staff and residents, assessing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
Monitor and train staff on restorative tasks, coordinate programs like Bed Entrapment Prevention, and participate in quality management initiatives.
Respond to resident/family concerns, manage changes in resident condition, and assist in coordinating infection prevention, health and safety programs.

Key Requirements
