Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years IT or AV engineering experience
  • macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Live event production and streaming setup
  • AV over IP and Q-SYS programming knowledge
  • Enterprise networking fundamentals TCP/IP DHCP DNS
  • On-site presence in San Francisco required

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Twitch platform
  • Scripting and automation skills Python Bash PowerShell
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with video editing software
  • Ability to work outside standard hours for events

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or AV Engineering
  • Expertise in macOS, Windows 10/11, and enterprise networking
  • Knowledge of live streaming tools OBS vMix and hardware encoders
  • Experience with QSC/Q-SYS programming and AV over IP
  • Physical ability to lift equipment and run cable
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends for events
