The Cigna Group is seeking a Manager of Business Development in Kowloon, Hong Kong, to lead sales strategies and maintain relationships with brokers and clients in the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global employer health products and a proven track record in strategic sales

Job Summary

  • Achieve individual targets and collaboratively work with other team members to achieve the overall team sales targets.
  • Provide solutions to brokers / clients including but not limited to quotations, medical underwriting enquiries, follow-up of the pending information, and other enquiries from brokers / clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers/clients by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and quality services.

Key Requirements
