Supervise, plan, and coordinate all activities related to rolling stock movements and train preparation, in collaboration with the Operations Control Centre, the ESC, and internal teams.
Serve as the primary on-shift authority during emergencies, leading the implementation of the Maintenance Centre’s Emergency Response Plan while ensuring full compliance with CROR requirements.
