Key Requirements

• At least 15 years of privacy and data protection compliance experience
• CA bar membership or ability to acquire Registered In-House Counsel status
• Supervisory or managerial role experience required
• Familiarity with social privacy issues and data governance
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US or CIPP/E preferred
