This position operates in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, working with product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams throughout the full solution lifecycle.
The role includes production support responsibilities such as on-call rotation, incident management, and continuous improvement of resiliency and monitoring capabilities.
