Develop, implement, and manage group benefits, retirement savings, and perks programs aligned with Lightspeed’s global benefits strategy.

Key Requirements
Strong experience managing benefits programs
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
Experience in vendor and broker management, including the RFP process
Expertise in leaves management
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance
Intermediate experience with Excel
Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English
