Job Summary

  • Responsible for maintaining all plumbing systems and their related piping and fixtures and any other duties necessary to supply sanitary and safe water to, and waste from, all the buildings of the University of Richmond.
  • All Facilities employees are designated as essential personnel and are subject to work outside the normal schedule on an emergency basis and are also subject to planned overtime work as required by the immediate supervisor.
  • Pay Grade 5 (Hiring Range $19.72 to $26.13 per hour)
