Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating the Employee Health Program and assuming responsibility for development, implementation and evaluation of a plan of care for patients receiving cardiac rehabilitation phase II services.
Collaborates with MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in the development and implementation of policies and procedures governing employee health and annually reviews department/organization policies and procedures.
