Job Summary

  • This role provides an opportunity to contribute to web applications and digital services that support discovery, access, and preservation for a major research library.
  • The successful candidate will work with the libraries' software development team to build and enhance applications used by researchers, students, and staff across the University.
  • This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with telework or hybrid options available.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience developing web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage tasks independently

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails framework
  • Front-end development skills including JavaScript HTML and CSS
