The Volleyball Association of Singapore is seeking a High-Performance Executive to support national athletes and manage high-performance programs. The role involves assisting the General Manager with operational tasks, program management, and logistical support for national teams, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability

Job Summary

  • In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our national athletes, managing high-performance programmes, and driving Singapore’s Volleyball on regional stage.
  • The High-Performance Executive will assist the General Manager in operations and execution of High-Performance plans including management of National Teams and Development Squads.
  • You will assume the role of Team Manager for overseas training and competitions and support national initiatives such as Equality, Safeguarding, Anti-Doping, and Data Protection.

Key Requirements
