As the primary point of contact for technical matters at the site, you will assume overall technical responsibility for facility service delivery.
In this role, you will manage engineering and maintenance services, ensuring service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, financial and performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The Hard Services Engineer demonstrates extensive knowledge and skills in technical problem-solving and familiarity with Scope of Work (SOW) and ability to support the Post Facility Manager in achieving client satisfaction, uninterrupted site operations, and service improvements.
