Base: $136,000.00-$204,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and long term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, disability insurance

8+ years software product development experience
Proven track record delivering AI-enabled products
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
Hands-on management of AI Development Lifecycle
Familiarity with MLOps data pipelines and edge computing
Nice-to-have
Experience leading AI/ML in regulated industries
PMP Agile SAFe or equivalent certifications
Understanding of FDA EU MDR regulatory requirements
Experience integrating Generative AI tools into workflows
Ability to lead through ambiguity and conflicting priorities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS Engineering Data Science; Master's preferred
Must have US work authorization; no sponsorship provided
