Leads and drives the test engineering strategies across the bank, establishing practices covering automation, performance testing, GenAI and mobile testing.
Owns and maintains the Tosca and Open-Source test automation frameworks and provides guidance and support for test delivery teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
12-15 years relevant experience in large finance organizations
