Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction
Minimum 12 years of experience in operations, project management, or installation management
6+ years in a leadership or people management role
Proven track record managing complex projects and driving safety/quality initiatives
Experience with installation or field operations in technical/engineering sectors
Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a solid advantage
