Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • The role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
