The Filling Group Leader provides direct support to manufacturing to ensure finished products meet required specifications by coordinating activities of Filling Operators.
This position requires decision-making and oversight to ensure compliance with all regulatory agency regulations, guidelines, and Simtra Standard Operating Procedures.
The role involves creating an environment where teamwork, productivity, safety, identity, strength, purity, and quality are reflected in the finished product.
