The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will provide professional client food and beverage services and support in the planning, organization and management of events within the facility.
Responsibilities include overseeing development, delivery, review, execution and fulfillment of proposals/contracts for clients, strategic planning of menus, and managing staff.
The role requires managing and working with part-time staff, contracted event staff, and Non-Profit Groups in concessions and catering.
