The M&A Project Team is responsible for the implementation of M&A strategies and deal execution, helping the company constantly creates growth momentum.
Manage M&A and investment projects, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal terms and final agreements, and executing transactions.
Develop, execute, and track post-merger integration (PMI) plans, to realize strategies and demonstrate M&A synergies.
