Job Summary

• The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications, ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.
• As a Workday advisor, you will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot configuration, provide feature demonstrations, and share expertise to help customers find greater value in their Workday investment.
• Workday offers a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote work, with at least half of the time spent each quarter in the office or with customers, prospects, and partners.

• 5 years of IT implementation experience
• 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday HCM Certification
• Workday Compensation Certification
• Ability to certify in Workday Advanced Compensation
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
