The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program offers specialized lectures, simulation, case studies, and mentorship throughout the first year.
New Graduate RN Residents will provide direct patient care across diverse specialty areas including Critical Care, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Department.
Selected candidates must complete one year of experience and meet all program requirements to be considered for RN I status.
