  • The QHSE Manager will be the founding leader of a unified Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) framework across our compounding, packaging, and fulfillment operations.
  • This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on building systems from scratch, reducing operational risk, and creating a culture of quality and safety in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • In your first 90 days, you will have audited current processes, identified the top compliance and safety gaps, and delivered a prioritized QHSE roadmap to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in QHSE, EHS, or Quality roles
  • Minimum 5+ years of total field experience in safety, quality, or compliance
  • Current OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification
  • Proficiency with safety/incident tracking systems and QMS
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
