Job Summary
Responsible for managing third party service providers for site services (hard), ensuring coordination and reporting of facilities subcontracted maintenance contract(s) activities such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Manage the operational day to day facility responsibilities for the FAL including subcontractor coordination with focus on several key buildings.
