Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS/software implementation projects from project initiation through go-live, partnering with clients to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Data/Conversion, and Client stakeholders, while identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and delivery standards, ensuring readiness for go-live and transition to production support teams.

Key Requirements

  • Experience tracking project financials and timelines
  • Ability to independently manage small-to-medium implementation projects
  • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working across globally distributed teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office)
