Handling customer service hotline for hotel reservations or enquiries, resolving complaints, and inviting guests to attend personal previews or offering discounted holiday packages.
Verifying all packages sold by the Australian Call Centre Telemarketing unit and undertaking administrative processes of packages where applicable.
