Job Summary
Provide financial leadership and decision support to the Engineering organization within the Tools & Outdoor division.
Evaluate financial potential of new programs, support Engineering rhythms, and manage key financial deliverables.
Partner with Brand Team & Design Center Leader on ad-hoc requests and special projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements
4-7 Years of Relevant Financial Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Working Knowledge of ERPs, Financial Reporting Systems (BA&R, HFM) and PowerBI
Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables
