  • Lead an express analysis team, focused on providing excellent service to insured parties and clients, work as part of a team, constantly motivating the personnel under your supervision, develop strategies to achieve desired service levels (NPS), define goals aligned with the department's objectives, and encourage your team to meet them.
  • Successfully leading a team of express analysts, maintaining performance within metrics, and being responsible for 700 claims per month.
