Job Summary

  • Serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mission qualification and certification programs.
  • Design and implement standardized Mission Qualification Training (MQT) frameworks and develop governance processes for training compliance.
  • Author and maintain Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, study guides, and reporting documentation.
