Job Summary
Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command’s mission planning and force protection efforts.
Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide.
Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of CI-HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.

Key Requirements
12 years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership
8 full-time years as a CI-HUMINT analyst
5 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics
Master's Degree
DOD Intelligence Fundamentals OR Certified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 OR Certified Collections Management Professional - Fundamentals OR Intelligence Planner Certification
U.S. Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course
Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707
