Job Summary

  • Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command’s mission planning and force protection efforts.
  • Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats to Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide.
  • Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of CI-HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.

Key Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership
  • 8 full-time years as a CI-HUMINT analyst
  • 5 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics
  • Master's Degree
  • DOD Intelligence Fundamentals OR Certified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 OR Certified Collections Management Professional - Fundamentals OR Intelligence Planner Certification
  • U.S. Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course
  • Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) – Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707
