  • This role is responsible for the operational management and effective daily leadership and administration of the engineering team and Operations Managers with the objectives of safely, efficiently, and effectively operating machinery and systems in a cost-effective manner.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years facility-related work experience
  • Customer service and supervisory experience
  • Managerial experience with engineering teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Exposure to HVAC, mechanical systems, welding, electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
  • Associate's Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Universal Technician for CFC's certification
  • Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent
  • Experience with safety training program implementation
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with reliability-based maintenance functions
  • Background in critical facility operations
