Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues, implementing, coordinating, and presenting the new hire training and development program.
Partnering with the field leadership team, trains and coaches associates to maximize performance, monitoring progress against revenue objectives and jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.

Key Requirements
At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
